Whiten veggies and chips with chip whitening.
Peel potatoes and chip if required. Thoroughly wash with water to remove all excess starch. Mix thoroughly 1gm of powder to each 1 litres of cold water. Prepare enough solution to completely cover the chips / potatoes.
Prevents discolouration of fresh produce.
